Gaia Therapy Project is committed to providing affordable psychotherapeutic services to residents of Hackney and Tower Hamlets on low financial means. We aspire to cultivate a community and culture in which people feel welcome and able to explore the challenges of living.

Established in September 2018, Gaia Therapy Project is a low cost psychotherapy and counselling service offering weekly therapy sessions to individuals for up to one year.

We are situated within Hackney City Farm, a diverse, ecologically-oriented community hub in the heart of East London which provides a welcoming community setting from which to come for individual therapy alongside offering the opportunity to become involved in activities and projects at the Farm, should you wish to.
