Meditation brings us to the heartbeat of existence. It is a practice which cultivates our capacity to inhabit life more fully, to encounter ground within a precarious world. There are a wealth of studies which demonstrate that a regular meditation practice can reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression. Both guided and silent meditation is offered. Sessions are led by Rebecca Esho Greenslade. The sessions are free of charge but donations to Gaia Therapy Project are welcomed.
